1、氣體溫度計:多duo用yong氫qing氣qi或huo氦hai氣qi作zuo測ce溫wen物wu質zhi,因yin為wei氫qing氣qi和he氦hai氣qi的de液ye化hua溫wen度du很hen低di,接jie近jin於yu絕jue對dui零ling度du,故gu它ta的de測ce溫wen範fan圍wei很hen廣guang。這zhe種zhong溫wen度du計ji精jing確que度du很hen高gao,多duo用yong於yu精jing密mi測ce量liang。
2、電阻溫度計:分為金屬電阻溫度計和半導體電阻溫度計,都是根據電阻值隨溫度的變化這一特性製成的。金屬溫度計主要有用鉑、金、銅、鎳等純金屬的及銠鐵、磷青銅合金的;半導體溫度計主要用碳、鍺等。電阻溫度計使用方便可靠,已廣泛應用。它的測量範圍為-260℃至600℃左右。
3、溫差電偶溫度計:shiyizhonggongyeshangguangfanyingyongdecewenyiqi。liyongwenchadianxianxiangzhicheng。liangzhongbutongdejinshusihanjiezaiyiqixingchenggongzuoduan,lingliangduanyuceliangyibiaolianjie,xingchengdianlu。bagongzuoduanfangzaibeicewenduchu,gongzuoduanyuziyouduanwendubutongshi,jiuhuichuxiandiandongshi,yineryoudianliutongguohuilu。tongguodianxueliangdeceliang,liyongyizhichudewendu,jiukeyicedinglingyichudewendu。zhezhongwendujiduoyongtong--康銅、鐵--康銅、鎳銘--康銅、金鈷--銅、鉑--銠等組成。它適用於溫差較大的兩種物質之間,多用於高溫和低濁測量。有的溫差電偶能測量高達3000℃的高溫,有的能測接近絕對零度的低溫。
4、高溫溫度計:是指專門用來測量500℃以上的溫度的溫度計,有光測溫度計、比色溫度計和輻射溫度計。高溫溫度計的原理和構造都比較複雜,這裏不再討論。其測量範圍為500℃至3000℃以上,不適用於測量低溫。
